Our Process

The timeline for web site design work is as follows:

• A meeting will be scheduled, either in person or by phone, to determine what your needs are and what you want to accomplish with your web site.
• You fill out a client questionnaire. view sample
• The contract is drawn up and inital invoice sent.
• You are presented with your custom design on a password protected client page. This can be edited and changed according to your specifications. Up to five rounds of design revisions are included.
• If writing and/or art (photography and illustration) services are included in the job: Work commences on the content.
• If writing and/or art (photography and illustration) services are not included in the job: After the design is finalized, you send the site content. This includes text (in any file format), logos, photos, etc.
• At design approval, a second invoice is sent for jobs over $5000.
• Submission and review of all content created (if applicable).
• All of the pages are designed and programmed and are posted on a staging web site for your approval.
• Upon approval, final invoice submitted to client.
• The site is uploaded to your own web server, under your domain name.
• We submit your site to major search engines. All sites are optimized for search engine retrieval.
