q. Will my web site design be based on a template?
a. All designs are created from scratch for each individual web site. Your web site will be a custom creation.

q. I don't know much about the Internet, and frankly, I don't want to learn. Can I still maintain my site myself?
a. Yes! With the Content Management System, there's no need to learn any coding or complicated uploading procedures. If you can do word processing, you can maintain your web site.

q. I still don't want to get involved with updating my web site. Can you do it for me?
a. No problem. For a monthly fee, we will take charge of your site maintenance and updates.

q. Do I have to buy any software?
a. No. You will be able to update your site through your web browser.

q. What if I get stuck, or worse, what if I make a mistake and can't fix it?
a. Help is on the way! Tech support for the lifetime of your site is included.

q. Will you host my web site?
a. We do not offer web hosting, but instead have our clients sign up with a host directly (no mark-up or additional fees!) We recommend BlueHost.com, as a web host. Their yearly hosting package is less than $100/year. We are also happy to work with your current internet service provider, or a provider of your choice, as long as they support PHP4.
