Web Design Services

Our Process

The timeline for print design work is as follows:

  • A meeting will be scheduled, either in person or by phone, to determine what your needs are and what you want to accomplish.
  • You fill out a client questionnaire. view sample
  • The contract is drawn up and inital invoice sent.
  • Three initial designs are posted on a password protected client page.what's this?
  • Three additional designs are submitted if the first three are not accepted.
  • If writing and/or art (photography and illustration) services are included in the job: Work commences on the content.
  • Up to three rounds of revisions on the selected design are included.
  • At design approval, a second invoice is sent for jobs over $5000.
  • Submission and review of all content created (if applicable).
  • All design and production work completed. PDF files sent to client for approval.
  • Upon approval, final invoice submitted to client.
  • Press-ready work submitted to client on disk with hard copies. Work may also be submitted directly to printer/press if so desired.
